How can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime, for any reason, by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of your request right away.
Are the cards really handwritten?
Yes and no. Our cards are crafted by humans but "written" by robots holding real pens. Although we would love to personally hand write each card; time, pricing, and volume makes this impossible. Our pen wielding robots allow us to serve customers at an afforable price while maintaining the look and feel of a handwirtten card.
How do the designs and paragraphs change?
We begin preparing our cards weeks in advance making the story lines captivating, original, and fun. This ensures that our cards are like snowflakes, no two are exactly alike. We search for graphics and artwork to match our storyline, creating a cohesive and unique product that creates a bond with our readers. Below you'll find an example of some of our seasonal designs.
Who are the cards written and designed by?
Our cards are crafted and curated by Presley. He began by writing cards to his grandma and has now grown to creating cards for seniors across the United States. The cards are written from his point of view touching on subjects ranging from his cross-country travels to the changing of seasons. Your loved ones will begin to get to know him and his personality further solidifying the connection they have with their new pal.
What do the cards look like?
We create the cards by licensing artwork from artists around the United States. This ensures our cards are always high quality, unique, and tasteful. Below you'll find examples of our cards and designs. You can find more in the Design Example tab of our website.
How are donated cards distributed?
For each donated plan, we send the selected number of cards to seniors in need. We find our recipients by working with accredited care facilities who send us lists filled with resident names allowing us to personalize the cards just for them. This is a great option for people wanting to help share smiles, but whom may not have a specific person in mind. We are constantly adding to our list of recipients ensuring we reach as many seniors as we can. By donating, you make our mission of delivering smiles one card at a time possible.
Can I purchase multiple plans?
We have customers that purchase cards for loved ones while also opting to donate cards to other seniors. These customers are our superheroes and help make Cards for Grandma possible. We offer four different plans, each with the option to purchase once or a purchase a subscription, ensuring there is something that works for everyone. Please feel free to purchase as many or as little as you would like, as every card counts.
Will I know where donated cards go?
Yes, after the cards are created and mailed, we send emails to donors detailing where their cards are headed. Due to privacy concerns, we cannot disclose who the recipients are or take pictures of them, but we can include which facilities are benefiting from your generosity.
How do I order cards for residents of my care facility?
